Samantha Jo Long, 29, and Jason Todd Hunter, 44, face several charges, including bringing/sending a controlled substance to jail, conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale.
According to the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy at the jail intercepted a greeting card addressed to Long on Dec. 11 that contained a white powdery substance wrapped in plastic and hidden between two sections of the card. The substance later tested positive for methamphetamine. More
