An Ohio man allegedly attacked a postal worker with pepper spray and bit him in the leg because he was frustrated that a check he was expecting didn’t arrive.
Robert Kiefer, 25, was arrested and charged with assault and resisting arrest after he allegedly grabbed the 56-year-old postal worker’s pepper spray and blasted him in the eyes.
After the two men started wrestling, Kiefer bit the postal carrier three times in the leg. Full Article
