Police say that Celestino Moras, 25, opened fire just after 7 p.m. Sunday, at the annual rodeo in Cassville, Bartow County, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Moras allegedly shot off multiple rounds before finding himself a little tied up.
The suspect was reportedly upset that he was not an invited guest at the event. More
