Michael Donahue’s main problem was that the establishment was actually still open.
When police responded to a burglary report at the Snow Cone Shack at about 1 p.m. on Monday, they allegedly saw Donahue trying to work the door knob of the stand.
According to a woman who was working at the shack, the suspect first attempted to break a door knob at the stand, then “began trying to beat and push on the door.” More
